Welcome
It is great to have you here with us at St Paul’s. We are a small part of God’s big family here to be the beating heart of God’s love for Stockton.
The Story of God
As we mature as disciples of Jesus, knowing God’s Big Story is an important part of seeing how our own stories speak God’s Good News of love to those around us. So, we want to be more and more familiar with God’s Big Story. We will be taking a tour through the story from creation through to the new creation.
World’s Biggest Coffee Morning
Our next monthly coffee morning on Saturday 10 September, will be in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. Please speak with Katherine Adamson or the Duty Warden to offer your help with baking or support on the day
Making Space!
Faye is looking for a group of volunteers who would be able to assist with the lifting and shifting of everything from the old vestries into the prayer space. This will be on Saturday 17 September from 10 am, if you could offer some help during that day please speak to the Duty Warden.
Sharing Sunday (Faith in 5 Minutes) – 18th September
We will be holding a Faith in 5 minutes morning service on Sunday 18 September, it is a great time of fellowship and sharing with each other. This will be a self-led informal service and it would be lovely if you felt able to share either a story of God’s grace in your life, a reading, prayer, hymn or song. We can also arrange for someone else to read it on your behalf if you aren’t too comfortable sharing up front. If you would like to share something in the service, please can you let Faye know no later than Sunday 11 September to allow for preparation of the sung worship.
Church Wider Family Camp – Hollybush 23-25th Sep
If you have signed up for the church family camp at Hollybush then please speak to Paul to arrange payment for the weekend.
